A leading international professional services partnership is looking to hire a Group Tax Accountant into its established finance function.
This is a broad, hands-on tax role within a complex international environment, offering exposure across partnership tax, corporate tax, VAT, employment taxes and cross-border compliance.
The role will suit an experienced tax professional who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with senior finance stakeholders and external advisers, and combining strong technical tax knowledge with sound accounting and reconciliation skills.
Duties
- Take ownership of day-to-day tax compliance and reporting across UK and international entities.
- Prepare and coordinate partnership and corporate tax returns and computations with external advisers.
- Prepare partner tax reserving calculations, tax payments and related partner communications.
- Work closely with partnership accounting colleagues to review tax reserves and support the annual partner statement process.
- Support UK and international VAT compliance, including preparation and review of VAT returns.
- Coordinate international corporate tax compliance and ensure filing deadlines are met.
