We're looking for someone with a foundation in accounts or bookkeeping — ideally with exposure to the media, entertainment, or production sectors — who's ready to build their skills in a vibrant and collaborative team. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple projects, learning the specialist side of post-production accounting while working in the heart of London's creative community. This role is office based 5 days a week.
Key Duties
- Enter purchase orders and accounts payable into PSL/SmartAccounting/Eclipse
- Maintain organised digital filing systems (DocuSign, Nitro PDF, Box, DropBox, Google Drive)
- Process purchase orders via DPO/ezyPO/SmartPO
- Prepare and run supplier payments through online banking
- Manage and track tasks on Microsoft Teams
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, providing accurate and timely status updates to the team
Key Skills:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounts, with solid Excel skills
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
- Previous exposure to media, entertainment, production or post-production accounting is an advantage
- Confident communicator, proactive problem-solver and highly organised
- Able to work at pace and adapt to shifting priorities
