We’re working with a fast-growing, modern skincare brand that’s making waves in the beauty industry – and they’re looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join their close-knit team on an initial 12-week contract, with the potential for a permanent role.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of finance in a high-growth, product-led environment.
This is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of finance in a high-growth, product-led environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting US order processing and review
- Managing accounts payable and weekly payment runs
- Handling employee expenses
- Preparing weekly KPIs with insights on product launches and promotions
- Producing BDM dashboards and analysis
- Assisting with payroll, annual PSA/Taxed Award Scheme and P11Ds
- Managing commission and rebates for BDMs and affiliates
- Supporting promotion forecasting and planning
- Overseeing Amazon replenishment stock checks and order uploads
- Building stock knowledge from product/SKU updates and marketing briefings
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany
- Preparing monthly KPIs and analytical reporting
- Ideally studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence with data analysis
- A genuine interest in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus!
