Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily finance operations and develop a small transactional team.
  • Prepare timely management accounts, KPI dashboards, and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare quarterly Board Packs and present financial insights.
  • Oversee VAT compliance and manage audit processes.
  • Maintain financial controls and improve processes.
  • Lead ad hoc finance projects for system and process improvements.

About You

  • Proactive, collaborative finance professional with strategic and operational skills.
  • A recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or substantial relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial control frameworks and audits.
