Overview
Accounts Payable Temp role at Absolute Recruit, based in SW London (Wimbledon). 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with 3 days in the office and 1 day from home. Start ASAP on a short-term assignment with potential to extend.
Responsibilities
- Processing and managing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Setting up new suppliers in Xero and maintaining up-to-date records
- Regular phone and email contact with suppliers to confirm details and resolve queries
- Assisting the wider finance team with ad-hoc accounts payable tasks
Qualifications
- Proven Accounts Payable experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, confident handling supplier calls
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
