Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Manager looking to join an innovative and fast‑paced business where you can drive change and improve processes? We’re partnered with a leading Fintech / Financial Services organisation that’s scaling rapidly and looking for a hands‑on AP professional to take ownership of their end‑to‑end Accounts Payable function. You’ll manage a small team (2 direct reports) and have the autonomy to make real improvements across systems and processes.

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Leading and developing two direct reports
  • Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Overseeing month‑end close and reporting for AP
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across finance and operations
  • Supporting wider finance transformation and systems projects

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or AP Supervisor
  • NetSuite experience is essential
