An award-winning creative agency in central London is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their finance team on a 6-month temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to own the collections process within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and help maintain healthy cash flow across high-profile accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end collections process
- Proactively chase outstanding debts to ensure timely payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to resolve payment queries professionally
- Allocate and post cash receipts accurately
- Reconcile accounts and monitor aged debtors
- Collaborate with account management teams to address billing or dispute issues
- Support wider AR and finance tasks as needed
Key Skills
- Solid Accounts Receivable/credit control experience, ideally within the creative or media sector
- Confident communication skills and the ability to handle client conversations diplomatically
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
