Combining day-to-day payments activity with process improvement, this role would suit someone who enjoys investigating discrepancies, working with data and finding ways to reduce manual tasks. You’ll help ensure payments are processed accurately and efficiently, while supporting the implementation of AI tools and automation across payments operations. The role Process and monitor payments, investigating failed, delayed or incorrectly allocated transactions. Complete reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate transaction records. Liaise with banking partners, payment providers and internal teams to resolve queries. Analyse payment data to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement. Identify practical uses for AI tools, including transaction analysis, exception reporting and reducing repetitive administration. Support the selection, testing and implementation of AI and automation tools, measuring their impact on accuracy and efficiency.
