This role offers broad responsibility for cash flow, reporting and project finances, with scope to improve processes and develop the team. Duties Lead and mentor the finance team, maintaining accurate processing and efficient daily operations. Manage cash flow forecasts, liquidity, working capital and credit control. Prepare monthly management accounts with clear financial analysis and commentary. Oversee project costing, billing, valuations and forecasts against budgets and timelines. Approve purchase orders and supplier invoices, manage supplier relationships and improve commercial terms. Strengthen finance processes and internal controls, ensuring financial and tax compliance. Identify cost savings, manage overhead reduction initiatives and oversee accurate, timely payroll.
