We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a short-term project based at an industrial site in Lyth Hill. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and assembling large components
- Constructing and preparing moulds
- Injecting materials into moulds
- Removing and handling finished products
- Using hand tools including screw guns
- General production and manual handling duties
Requirements
- No CSCS card required
- Must have own PPE (high-vis, safety boots, hard hat)
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Working hours and pay
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm (flexibility required for later finishes)
- £15.00 per hour
- Paid full day (subject to agreement, even if finishing early)
- Weekly pay
Additional Information
- 2–3 week project (potential for extension depending on workload)
