We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a beautiful 3-bed children’s home set in a rural location near Shrewsbury. As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance and care in line with Ofsted regulations. You will lead, support and develop a dedicated team, creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the overall management of the children’s home
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Provide strong, supportive leadership to staff
- Promote a therapeutic and child-centred approach to care
- Oversee care planning, quality assurance and service development
- Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting
- Work closely with external professionals and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children
About you:
- An experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step up
- Knowledgeable in children’s homes regulations and Ofsted requirements
- A confident and proven leader with strong team development skills

- Holding (or working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
