We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a beautiful 3-bed children’s home set in a rural location near Shrewsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, therapeutic organisation committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance and care in line with Ofsted regulations. You will lead, support and develop a dedicated team, creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the overall management of the children’s home
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
