We are looking for a dedicated, dependable, and detail-oriented Senior Cleaner to join our friendly team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at a local nursery.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 5pm-7pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and communal areas thoroughly.
- Maintain high hygiene standards throughout the nursery, ensuring all spaces are clean, safe, and child friendly.
- Empty waste bins, replace liners, and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Clean internal glass surfaces such as windows, doors, and partitions.
- Refill soap, hand towels, and other hygiene supplies as needed.
- Report any cleaning supply shortages or maintenance issues to the manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- High attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
- A strong understanding of health and hygiene standards.
- Friendly and respectful attitude, contributing positively to the team environment.
