Our client is looking for a HGV Class 2 driver to join their friendly team in Oswestry. They are a food distribution business committed to excellent service and high-quality products. The role does not require nights out or weekend work.
Duties:
- Carrying out deliveries to customers across the local and regional area.
- Loading and unloading goods safely, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Providing a high standard of customer service on every delivery.
- Completing all relevant delivery and compliance paperwork accurately.
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and promptly reporting any defects.
What We're Looking For:
- A full and valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- A current CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous experience in multi-drop delivery is preferred but not essential.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
