Our client is looking for a HGV Class 2 driver to join their friendly team in Oswestry. They are a food distribution business committed to excellent service and high-quality products. The role does not require nights out or weekend work.

Duties:

  • Carrying out deliveries to customers across the local and regional area.
  • Loading and unloading goods safely, ensuring products are handled with care.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service on every delivery.
  • Completing all relevant delivery and compliance paperwork accurately.
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and promptly reporting any defects.

What We're Looking For:

  • A full and valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
  • A current CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Previous experience in multi-drop delivery is preferred but not essential.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
