Absolute Law Recruitment are seeking a Private Client Solicitor 2yrs+ to join an exceptional Law Firm in Surrey. You will provide high quality legal advice on the full range of private client matters whilst acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The role requires the delivery of excellent advice with the ability to guide clients on long-term strategic planning, alongside changing economic and political environments.

An understanding of the legal intricacies of the following areas are desired:

  • Tax and trust work
  • Capital Gains Tax (CGT) advice
  • Estate and succession planning
  • Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
  • All aspects of preparing Wills
  • Trust creation and trust administration
  • Trust tax and estate administration and tax compliance
