Absolute Law Recruitment are partnered with a well established Legal Firm based in South West London who are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will deal with a full varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions and managing an active caseload of matters.
- To provide an excellent standard of “Client Care” and quality of service at all times.
- To proactively deliver accurate and up-to-date legal advice to clients that takes account of the commercial pressures on clients.
- Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk procedures.
- To work as a team member.
- To meet profit cost targets and other agreed targets in areas such as the generation of new business.
- Keep up to date on all changes in the law and practice within the areas of work.
- To assist the firm in implementing its Business Plan.
Role Requirements:
- 2yrs+ PQE
- Extensive working knowledge of residential conveyancing.
- Previous exposure to leasehold enfranchisement desirable but not essential.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise work loads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
