Absolute Law Recruitment are working with a Top 50 Legal 500 Law firm based in London who are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor to join their friendly team. The roles will involve being exposed to a great variety of commercial property matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Landlord and Tenant.
- Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
- Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation.
- Acquiring investment properties.
- Development sales and letting agreements.
- Secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Technical proficiency in a range of company property matters.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good customer relationship building skills.
- Enthusiastic with a desire for business development.
