Absolute Law Recruitment are working with a Top 50 Legal 500 Law firm based in London who are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor to join their friendly team. The roles will involve being exposed to a great variety of commercial property matters including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
  • Landlord and Tenant.
  • Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
  • Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation.
  • Acquiring investment properties.
  • Development sales and letting agreements.
  • Secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
  • Technical proficiency in a range of company property matters.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good customer relationship building skills.
  • Enthusiastic with a desire for business development.
