Absolute Law are working in partnership with Top Legal 500 Legal firms who are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate Immigration Solicitor to join their friendly teams, based in London and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a mixed portfolio of cases across both individual and business immigration law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of immigration cases independently.
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and representing clients at tribunals and hearings.
- Managing a diverse range of immigration cases, including family visas, asylum claims, and appeals.
- Advising clients on all aspects of UK immigration law and keeping up to date with changes in legislation.
- Ensuring all casework is completed to a high standard and within regulatory guidelines.
