Absolute Law Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a well-established and respected Law firm in Kent who have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. This exciting position will involve acting for a wide portfolio of clients dealing with non-contentious commercial property matters. This will involve such matters as:
- Commercial leasehold transactions.
- Freehold disposals and acquisitions.
- Site acquisitions.
- Site developments.
- Landlord and tenant transactions (leases, licence to assign, licence for alterations, deeds of surrender etc.)
- Secured lending.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Minimum 1 Year PQE
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in Commercial Property.
- Ability to manage client expectations and relationships.
- Proficient file management.
- Conscientious, hardworking and highly organised.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality.
