Absolute Law Recruitment are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2 years of experience to join an exceptional Law Firm in Surrey. You will provide high quality legal advice on the full range of private client matters whilst acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The role requires the delivery of excellent advice with the ability to guide clients on long-term strategic planning, alongside changing economic and political environments.
An understanding of the legal intricacies of the following areas is desired:
- Tax and trust work
- Capital Gains Tax (‘CGT’) advice
- Estate and succession planning
- Inheritance Tax (‘IHT’) planning
- All aspects of preparing Wills
- Trust creation and trust administration
- Trust tax and estate administration and tax compliance
Person specification:
- Ambitious and focused on developing a successful career
