Court of Protection Paralegal

Absolute Law Recruitment are seeking a Paralegal 1 yrs+ PQE to join a well established Court of Protection team. Working for this regional firm, you will undertake work in court of protection law providing support to solicitors within the team in running their caseloads.

You will advise, assist and represent clients, maintaining an exceptionally high standard of client care at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Work as a team player with other fee earners and support staff.
• Drafting legal documents such as witness statements and court applications.
• Assist in the day to day management of cases which include reviewing medical records, co-ordinating with healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
• Support client\\\’s finances which can include liaising with banks, handling benefits applications and care arrangements.
• You must demonstrate empathy and understanding.
