Absolute Law are working with a Legal 500 Law Firm who are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join this growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 yrs+ PQE.
Core areas of legal expertise include:
- All aspects of development work including site appraisal, acquisitions, developer agreements, promotion agreements, planning agreements and options.
- All aspects of Landlord and Tenant.
- Negotiating and preparing leases.
- Drafting leases, tenancy agreements, sales and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender and any other documents as required.
- Delivery of outstanding client service at all times.
- Accurate recording of all matter related time using the firm's case management system.
- Delivery of the firm's quality standards protocol including maintaining the firm's quality file management review process.
- Asset Management.
- Banking & Finance.
- Insolvency and restructuring.
Person specification:
- Business development would be an advantage.
- Desire to develop existing expertise, experience and skills with training, direction and appropriate supervision.
