Absolute Law Recruitment are partnered with a Top 200 Law firm who are looking for a senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team based in Surrey.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Department Head, running your own case load and will be able to advise and support clients on all Commercial Property matters. This will include Acquisitions and Sales, Corporate Support, Landlord and Tenant, Secured Lending and be involved in business development.
You will have a minimum of 6 years experience of working in a Commercial Property Department.
Responsibilities
- Supervising staff.
- Manage Client expectations and relationships.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality.
- A proven team player with the ability to work as part of a team.
