Absolute Law Recruitment are working with a well established Law Firm in Kent who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their Team. You will either be a Senior Associate or Associate with a minimum of 3yrs PQE working within probate ideally, you will work with minimum supervision to complete a varied range of responsibilities, including Estate Administration and Probate. Key Responsibilities:- You will carry out client’s instructions in the most efficient and expedient way having regard to the firms professional and procedural standards. To maintain accurate records and an efficient and tidy filing system. Where applicable, to meet budgeted fees and profit targets. To organise diary and prioritise work. To provide accurate progress reports for the client at regular intervals. To deal effectively with client queries by telephone or by clear and detailed letter.
