Absolute Healthcare is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team across Hampshire.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to both adults and children in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your care, professionalism, and commitment will have a meaningful impact.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Supporting with personal care, including continence, hygiene, and dressing
- Assisting with medication in line with care plans
- Supporting nutritional needs, including meal preparation, hydration prompts, and gastrostomy care where required
- Building positive relationships with clients through social interaction and companionship
- Maintaining accurate care records (paper and digital) and following reporting procedures
- Completing mandatory and specialist training to support your development
