Co Pack Coordinator
Location: Wardle, Nantwich CW5
Salary: £31,671 per annum, rising to circa £33,500 upon successful completion of probation
Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern | 5:45am – 6:00pm
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Co Pack Coordinator to oversee the day‑to‑day operation in a co‑packing production area. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone with experience managing teams within a manufacturing, production, logistics, or FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Co Pack Production team during your shift.
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Drive high standards of quality, safety, and productivity across the department.
- Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
- Support and develop team members through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Ensure all operational procedures, health and safety requirements, and company policies are adhered to.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or FMCG environment.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience coordinating operational activities and managing workflow priorities.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience at Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Manager level would be highly advantageous.
