Salary: £26,066.64 per annum + 1.5x overtime rate

Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern | 6:00am – 6:00pm

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Co Pack Administrator to join a busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth coordination of orders and inventory.

As the main point of contact for our business customers, you will play a key role in managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting production planning through effective use of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for business customers, managing enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on orders and any operational developments.
  • Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met and orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using SAP would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
