Absolute Recruitment is currently recruiting Quality Checker Packers to join our valued client in Crewe. If you’re looking for a role that offers stability, excellent training, and time to enjoy life outside of work, this could be just what you’re after!
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a structured routine with plenty of time off between shifts – perfect for achieving a great work-life/home-life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Packing finished goods from fast-moving production lines
- Checking product quality before packing to meet customer specifications
- Moving pallets to the warehouse using mechanical pump trucks
- Completing paperwork accurately and reporting any issues to supervisors
- Keeping your workspace clean and supporting overall factory housekeeping
- Carrying out equipment checks, and reporting faults as needed
- Responding to machine alarms and taking appropriate action
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred however not essential as full training can be given
- A good team player who can also work independently
- Great attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
- Someone seeking long-term, possibly permanent employment
- Days: 06:00 – 18:00
- Nights: 18:00 – 06:00
