Absolute Recruitment is currently recruiting Quality Checker Packers to join our valued client in Crewe. If you’re looking for a role that offers stability, excellent training, and time to enjoy life outside of work, this could be just what you’re after!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Packing finished goods from fast-moving production lines
• Checking product quality before packing to meet customer specifications
• Moving pallets to the warehouse using mechanical pump trucks
• Completing paperwork accurately and reporting any issues to supervisors
• Keeping your workspace clean and supporting overall factory housekeeping
• Carrying out equipment checks, and reporting faults as needed
• Responding to machine alarms and taking appropriate action

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred however not essential as full training can be given
• A good team player who can also work independently
• Great attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
• Someone seeking long-term, possibly permanent employment

Working Hours (12-Hour Rotating Shifts)

• Days: 06:00 – 18:00
• Nights: 18:00 – 06:00
• Shifts rotate weekly, giving you several full days off at a time — ideal for family life, personal time, or rest.

The rotating shift pattern means more free days helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance while still earning a great wage.

Pay Rates

• From £12.22 to £13.89 per hour, depending on the shift
