Job Summary
Are you looking for work warehouse in the Crewe area? My Client is looking for Returns Process Operatives to work in their busy Fulfilment Distribution Centre. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Receive and inspect returned items to check their condition and verify the reason for the return.
- Log returned products into internal database and warehouse management software.
- Categorise items into reusable stock, damaged goods, or items requiring repair or recycling.
- Liaise with customer service or clients regarding warranties, replacements, and refunds when needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess good physical fitness to handle the demands of heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
These shifts are Tuesday-Saturday, Tuesday-Friday shifts are 8am-4pm and Saturday is 6am-2pm.
