Our lovely clients based in Teddington, TW11 are seeking a kind, caring, experienced and reliable Nanny to join their family on a part time basis, three days per week, with days currently negotiable.
The family have three children — boy twins aged one and a little girl aged three. The three year old attends pre-school all day, so the successful candidate will be responsible for her drop off and pick up, whilst caring for the twins during the day. One of the twins has a slight developmental delay following a bleed on the brain at birth and has a Shunt in place. He is not yet on the move whilst his brother is very much up and about! He attends regular physiotherapy appointments which the Nanny will support. No medical experience is required, the family will provide relevant training during the handover period.
Mum is looking for a confident, experienced Nanny with twin experience or experience in a Nanny Share with similar aged children, who has demonstrated in previous roles the capability to juggle the busy demands of babies at different developmental stages alongside the care of a three year old. Someone who truly loves a busy role and takes real joy in helping to shape little lives would fit right in with this family.
Teddington is a hive of activity for little ones, this role would suit a Nanny happy to ensure the children have a balance of activities inside and outside of the home - trips to local parks, groups and playdates so that they are stimulated and developing. The little girl adores her brothers and would relish a Nanny who loves to play, so that they look forward to 'Nanny days'.
Hours are 7.00am to 6.00pm, with a possible 5.30pm finish to be confirmed and discussed. There are no pets in the home. The start date is ideally end of August, or beginning of September at the latest. Mum returns to work at the beginning of September. Mum works from home one day per week.
Candidates must hold a current Paediatric First Aid certificate and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to update. Plus impeccable and checkable references of course. Driving - Family are open to this. Parking can be provided. Salary: Circa £22-23 gross per hour. This will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
