As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for Business Development Managers to join our team across the UK.

The Role

This is a field-based position focused on developing existing customer relationships, winning new business, and driving growth. You will play a key role in increasing turnover, building further brand awareness for industry leading brands, and feeding back valuable market and industry insight to help shape future strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, visit and grow a portfolio of existing customers
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships face-to-face
  • Increase brand presence and awareness for an already highly regarded and recognisable brand
  • Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and confident in a field-based role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to wider business goals
  • Full UK driving license
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
