A bit about the role: As our Vice President of Sales (SAP), you will lead the strategy and execution for acquiring new clients across the UK and Europe. This is a senior leadership role focused on selling SAP S/4HANA implementation projects to new logos, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. You’ll be responsible for building strategic relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, positioning our solutions as the preferred choice for enterprise transformation.
In addition to owning high-value sales opportunities, you will build and lead a high-performing UK sales team. You’ll coach, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve ambitious targets while personally engaging in complex enterprise deals. This role requires a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presentations to RFP responses and contract negotiation - combined with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of enterprise technology sales.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth, exceed revenue targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Own the full sales cycle for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including prospecting, presentations, RFP/tender responses, and contract negotiation.
