A well-established precision CNC machining business near Rotherham, supplying finished components to blue-chip customers across rail, medical, oil & gas, defence and architectural sectors, is looking for an experienced CNC Turner/Programmer to join their team.
Working in a modern, well-invested facility, you'll produce high-quality precision components from bar to finished part, working with a range of materials and batch sizes for a long-standing, demanding customer base.
What you’ll be doing:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components from engineering drawings, holding tight tolerances, proving out programs, and contributing process improvements.
- You’ll work to high quality standards across varied materials and component types.

- Genuine, time-served CNC turning experience
- Programming, setting and operating capability – not operating alone
- Fanuc control experience
- Sliding head experience a strong advantage
- Ability to work from engineering drawings and hold tight tolerances
