The Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established powder coating business based in Leicester. Due to continued demand, they are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
- Powder coating of metal components to a high and consistent finish
- Surface preparation — shot blasting, cleaning, masking, and priming
- Loading and unloading of paint lines and setting ovens for curing
- Post-production quality inspection
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in line with H&S standards
The Candidate
- Previous powder coating experience — essential
- Knowledge of surface preparation processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality conscious
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a production environment
