A well-established, family-run fabrication business in Leeds (LS12) is expanding its workshop team due to a strong and growing order book. They are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker with genuine strength in bending to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, respected local fabricator with plenty of work on, a friendly team, and a stable family-run environment where good work is valued.
What you'll be doing:
- Working as part of the fabrication team, you'll be producing quality sheet metal components from engineering drawings, with bending being central to the role.
- Press brake and punch press experience is a real advantage and will set you apart.
What we're looking for:
- Solid sheet metal working experience
- Strong on bending — this is the core of the role
- Press brake experience (advantageous)
- Punch press experience (advantageous)
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- A reliable, conscientious approach and good attention to detail
