ABS Talent Ltd is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer for a Segensworth, Hampshire based role within a world‑class aerospace filtration manufacturer. You will support the full manufacturing lifecycle from production support and process development to NPI and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive tooling design, FAT/SAT activities, DfM initiatives and Lean kaizen projects while maintaining a safety‑first culture and complying with HSE standards.
