- Setting, programming and operating CNC milling machines and horizontal borers
- Medium to large milling and boring work in a precision sub-contract environment
- Working confidently from engineering drawings machining symbols, tolerances and geometric tolerances
- Checking your own work using measuring equipment including micrometers and slip gauges
- Working as part of a small, skilled team and supporting the wider needs of the business as required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven medium to large milling and boring experience
- Heidenhain programming preferred; Fanuc knowledge also beneficial
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and geometric tolerancing
