We are supporting a leading UK infrastructure delivery organisation to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing senior leadership team. The Role
As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of a defined workstream within the business, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. You will lead teams of Project Managers and delivery personnel across active frameworks, driving performance across:
- Health, safety, and compliance
- Programme delivery and productivity
- Cost control and commercial performance
- Quality and customer satisfaction
You will act as a senior operational lead, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring robust delivery standards across your area of responsibility.
