The Company: This industry‑leader is a privately backed business on a huge growth trajectory, with turnover expected to double to more than £1.6bn in the next three years. The group comprises successful subsidiaries operating across construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure.
Your Role: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will make an immediate impact on the successful delivery of a portfolio of infrastructure schemes across the UK. You will split your time between office sites and working from home, managing CVRs, cost management, subcontract and change management, monthly valuations, commercial reporting, and a small commercial team. As the company grows, your responsibilities will expand, offering significant career progression.

Your Background: To be considered you should be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in civil engineering or infrastructure sectors working with main contractors. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a full UK driver’s licence are required.
