What You'll Be Doing
- Designing multi-utility networks (electricity, gas and water) for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
- Preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals and tender submissions
- Working closely with developers, contractors and internal teams to deliver compliant, efficient and commercially sound designs
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and site information to create robust, value-engineered solutions
- Supporting project teams with design queries and technical guidance
- Contributing to process improvements and helping refine internal design standards
What You'll Bring
- Experience in multi-utility design and/or estimating within utilities, IDNO/IGT, ICP or construction environments
- Strong understanding of utility infrastructure, industry standards and regulatory requirements
