Location: Liverpool Bay

Rate: Up to £550pd. (outside IR35)

The Company: This industry-leader is a privately backed business on a huge growth trajectory which will see their group turnover double to more than £1bn in the next 3 years. The group is made up of several successful subsidiaries that operate across the construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors. This position will be an opportunity to join their infrastructure division which supports the development of sustainable communities with smart infrastructure solutions across the design, maintenance & development of critical gas and infrastructure for the UK's largest network operators.

Your Role: As a Commercial Manager you will make an immediate impact in the successful delivery of a portfolio of infrastructure schemes across the UK. Dividing your time between the office in Liverpool, site, and working from home, you will be responsible for managing CVRs, cost management, subcontract management, change management, monthly valuations and commercial reporting, alongside the management of a small commercial team. As the company is going through a period of growth, your role will develop over time so there is a huge opportunity to escalate your career.
