We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to add to our team to manage key clients and source candidates across the above sectors. Focusing on delivery roles - Engineers, Site Managers, Project Managers and above.
As a Recruitment Consultant your role will cover:
- Client management
- Candidates search and selection
- Head hunting
- Fee negotiation
- Learning the business skills to manage candidates and clients through a recruitment process
Create an effective process map to effectively manage the account and deliver an exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Quality check candidates against job descriptions and client requirements
- Effectively manage the account delivering against the client's expectations
- Cross sell other ABS brands where needed
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in recruiting permanent roles across civils, infrastructure or utilities (Open to other sectors)
- Commercial awareness
Salary: Up to 37k + bonus structure
