Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Management Associate to join our Product team on a fixed term basis for a period of 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product team in a range of tasks to ensure that their work happens effectively, efficiently, and is visible to the wider organisation through fostering collaborative ways of working.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line customer service by responding to a wide range of enquiries, using in‑depth musical knowledge and detailed understanding of ABRSM’s product offer.
