Job Responsibilities:

- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Support CRM strategies by identifying trends, segmentation, and opportunities
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with GDPR
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- At least 2 years' experience in data analysis or customer insights
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with data
