Join a disruptive Tech for Good business helping organisations improve productivity, focus, and employee performance. Following strong early success, the company is now expanding across the UK corporate market. Having already secured partnerships with leading institutions internationally, the business is now looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Representative to support its next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on outbound business development role focused on generating new opportunities and building pipeline across the UK corporate market. Working closely with the founders, you'll identify prospects, secure meetings, refine messaging, and help shape the company's growth strategy. This is not a role where leads are handed to you. Success will come through proactive outreach, relationship building, and a willingness to pick up the phone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and engaging decision-makers across professional services, technology, and research organisations.
  • Building pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, networking, and events.
  • Qualifying opportunities and securing meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Managing and updating CRM systems to maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting.
  • Supporting the development of sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR, or BDR roles.
  • Experience prospecting and engaging corporate customers in the UK market, ideally within professional services, technology, research, or other consultative B2B environments.
  • Experience selling to or generating opportunities with corporate UK customers is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and achieving sales targets.
  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.

What's on Offer?

  • £40,000-£45,000 base salary (Depending On Experience).
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Equity options.
  • Direct access to the founders and genuine influence on company growth.
  • Clear progression into a more senior commercial or team leadership role as the business scales.
  • Opportunity to join a high-growth technology business at an early stage.

If you're looking for a role where your effort, ideas, and results will have a direct impact on the growth of a business, we'd love to hear from you.
