We're excited to be looking for two Safety Assurance Analysts to join our busy Safety Assurance Team. You will be the focal point for Landlord Health & Safety across the organisation, providing compliance performance analysis, audit investigation and assurance for delivery to our boards. With your attention to detail and analytical skills, you will support mandatory and best practice safety activity across the housing sector, provide a variety of reports to support KPI data and programme delivery, and effectively challenge others based on evidence and best practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team. You will be working from our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. The remaining two days can be worked from any suitable location, including another of our offices, a café or at home. For the right candidate, we are also open to the position being based at our Eastleigh office.
