Ready to make it happen?

Bring your ideas, energy and expertise to Abri.

At Abri, great learning helps our colleagues do their best work for our customers and communities. As our Regional Learning, Skills & Capability Partner, you’ll turn regional priorities, skills gaps and performance needs into practical learning that makes a real difference.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the lead Learning, Skills and Capability partner for your region, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and POD HR. You’ll understand what’s needed, shape regional learning plans and work with our central specialists to deliver the right solutions.

From leadership development and coaching to skills workshops and change support, you’ll work across the full ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) cycle, helping colleagues turn learning into action.

You’ll also help develop future leaders, strengthen management pathways, support succession planning and champion mandatory training. Using data and insight, you’ll show the impact learning is having and help us continually improve.

What you’ll bring

You’re an experienced Learning & Development professional with a strong track record across the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation)cycle. You’re confident facilitating learning and coaching senior leaders, with the diagnostic skills and influence to turn complex needs into clear action.

You’ll be collaborative, commercially aware and curious, with experience managing programmes, projects and multiple stakeholders. An understanding of housing operations would be a real advantage.

You'll be working from either our Eastleigh or Yeovil offices a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues, with the other two days from a place of your choosing, whether that's at another of our offices, a touchdown space, or at home.

Together, we’ll build the skills our colleagues need today and the capability we need for tomorrow.

If you’re ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

We review and interview suitable candidates as applications come in, so don’t delay - apply today and help us build thriving communities together.

Who we are

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?

We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.

  • We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
  • We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone

As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership. This will ensure our colleagues are more visible, accountable and better connected to our customers and local communities to meet their diverse needs.
