At Abri, we believe a safe, well‑maintained home makes a real difference to people’s lives. That’s why we’re looking for two skilled Plumbers to join our Responsive Repairs team - you'll take pride in your work and care about delivering a great experience for our customers.
In this role, you’ll be out in our communities every day, helping customers when they need it most - whether that’s fixing a leak, repairing a toilet, sorting out taps, or fitting new baths and pipework. No two days are the same, but every job is an opportunity to make someone’s home safer, warmer, and working as it should.
Working around East Hampshire and the surrounding areas, you’ll work efficiently and safely, aiming to get things right first time wherever possible, while keeping customers informed and reassured along the way. It’s not just about the quality of the repair - it’s about the whole experience you create.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who’s confident in a wide range of plumbing work and genuinely cares about doing a good job.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Hands-on experience with plumbing repairs in customers’ homes, with a real pride in getting things right first time.
- A Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (or similar experience) that gives you a strong foundation in your trade.
- A full, clean driving licence so you can travel across our communities.
- A practical, can-do approach – you’re happy working independently but know when to ask for support.
- Confidence using mobile technology to manage your day and keep our customers updated.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
